Had 5 x 20+ foot palm trees removed. Extremely awkward position being between power lines. Sam and the guys arrived on time and were straight into the job. They were professional and safety conscious. Definitely not “cowboys” like some I’ve seen. Cut the stumps to the lowest level as per our request. They also handled clean up. Very competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend them for any tree jobs you may have. 5 stars.

Sam was excellent at accommodating my need to have the mango tree tended to at very short notice, his team were prompt, friendly and super respectful of the fact that the tree has been in our family for generations and is home to a family of possums. Very, highly recommend.

Shonny and the team came to cut down our super tall palm tree today. Very polite and professional guys! Shonny climbed the palm with ease. They did a great job manoeuvring the palm to a safe place to drop (palm was in a tricky place) They left the area tidy and were quick and efficient! Thanks guys 😊

Highly recommend. After being ignored by two other companies, Tree Care Specialists was our third try and what a pleasant surprise. Made an online enquiry and got contacted the same day, a quote appointment was made and Sam was early. We walked around and spoke about the work to be done. Received the quote (very pleasantly surprised by the price) and the appointment was made, with reminders the day before and morning of. The team were a little late, but Sam rang to let us know they were running late and would be here shortly.Shonny and the team arrived and Shonny walked around the yard with me confirming what was to be done and was happy to cut two small additional trees. Throughout the afternoon, Shonny let me know what was happening. The team then cleaned up the area before leaving.Shonny is a wonderful asset to this company. Just a lovely, happy, young man with outstanding customer relations skills. He (and the team) clearly have a great work ethic and are proud of the job they do.

Outstanding!! Gold glass customer service from the first call to the conclusion of the job! I had a large palm tree blocking my solar panels - the team was on time, incredibly polite, fast and efficient on site - they removed all the tree sections and they blew down the area where they worked so it was clean and tidy. Then they blew down all the other pathways on their way out! Just incredible service!

If you need a tree service Sam is the man to call. His communication skills are excellent and we couldn't fault his work. Not only did he turn up on time he worked quickly to remove around 45 Golden Palm trunks from our garden. Place was left clean and tidy. Very reasonably priced, great job and highly recommend!
