Sam and his team are very professional and friendly. This is the 3rd job they have done for my daughter and I in the last 18 months. They are reasonably priced, prompt and turn up when they say they will. They are very careful, don't leave a mess, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

The team arrive punctually and were very pleasant. They got straight to work and completed the job in a very professional manner. They felled the large palm trees without fuss in a very confined space around the pool. Any trunks and leaves were taken away and the site was left clean and tidy.

Had 5 x 20+ foot palm trees removed. Extremely awkward position being between power lines. Sam and the guys arrived on time and were straight into the job. They were professional and safety conscious. Definitely not “cowboys” like some I’ve seen. Cut the stumps to the lowest level as per our request. They also handled clean up. Very competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend them for any tree jobs you may have. 5 stars.

Sam was excellent at accommodating my need to have the mango tree tended to at very short notice, his team were prompt, friendly and super respectful of the fact that the tree has been in our family for generations and is home to a family of possums. Very, highly recommend.

Highly recommend. After being ignored by two other companies, Tree Care Specialists was our third try and what a pleasant surprise. Made an online enquiry and got contacted the same day, a quote appointment was made and Sam was early. We walked around and spoke about the work to be done. Received the quote (very pleasantly surprised by the price) and the appointment was made, with reminders the day before and morning of. The team were a little late, but Sam rang to let us know they were running late and would be here shortly.

Outstanding!! Gold glass customer service from the first call to the conclusion of the job! I had a large palm tree blocking my solar panels - the team was on time, incredibly polite, fast and efficient on site - they removed all the tree sections and they blew down the area where they worked so it was clean and tidy.
